  • Admission Letter and a valid photo ID
  • Hand held pencil sharpener
  • Eraser,
  • Silent, battery-operated, non-printing, non-programmable calculator. (A non-programmable calculator that does NOT have a full alphabetical keyboard).
  • All other electronic devices are prohibited. (Examples: cell phones & palm pilots)

How do I know if I passed the Nevada plumber exam?

  • For the written exam, your score will be mailed to you within 30 working days after the examination date.
  • For the computer based exams, the results are given as soon as you finish taking the exam.
  • Cards and certificates are mailed about a week later. If you pass the examination, you will receive your certification card in approximately 30 days.
  • If you do not pass the examination, you will receive information with your test results about retaking the exam
